The process
A brief onboarding visit before you leave for the season is all we need. Everything after that runs in the background.
Before you head north, we spend 2–3 hours at your property. We document your systems, install the monitoring hardware, and configure your alert thresholds. You leave with a baseline report and peace of mind before you reach the interstate.
Our system watches your home around the clock — humidity by zone, water leaks, HVAC performance, power status, and security. Occupancy sensors detect when you've left and adjust the home automatically. If anything crosses a threshold, we contact you directly.
Every month you receive a plain-language report: what we monitored, anomalies we caught and resolved, energy savings versus an unmanaged home, and the current condition of your systems.
